When I consider thy heavens, the work of thy fingers, the moon and the stars, which thou hast ordained;
What is man, that thou art mindful of him?
Psalms 8:3-4
David once looked at the night sky and stood in awe. The moon, the stars, the vast heavens — all spoke of a Creator whose power and precision are beyond human understanding. He describes creation as “the work of Your fingers,” revealing a God who is not only powerful, but also intentional, detailed, and exact.
Today, thousands of years later, humanity continues to look upward. Missions like Artemis II remind us of our desire to explore what God has already created. Astronauts such as Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch, and Jeremy Hansen prepare to journey around the Moon, and many who have seen Earth from space describe it as a small, beautiful blue point — fragile, yet perfectly sustained.
What they observe confirms what Scripture already declared: creation is not random. It reflects a God of perfect order, absolute precision, and infinite wisdom — a God who governs the universe with exactness beyond measure.
And yet, this same God cares for you.
1 Corinthians 2:9
“Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard… the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.”
The One who designed the stars is preparing something even greater for your future.
Today, lift your eyes. Recognize Him as Creator. Trust in His power. Surrender your life to Him.
Because the God who holds the universe… is also holding you.
